		<description>Yes Editor.I agree with you on the recession bit.But I think the time has come for all the industries,in  India especially to understand that the only way you can stay in business is by delivering world class performance.As far as the lucrative income is concerned,my gut feel says that the BPO industry has been exposed a little too much in our country.Else how many of us are actually aware that an ACP in any given region gets paid more than 45k+ because of the new regulations.</description>

I agree,when you say that "The above mentioned steps are just a few of the many ways that you can go about trying to get a promotion without having to ask for one. In the end, if all else fails, you may want to consider examining your other options, such as inquiring about a promotion or seeking employment elsewhere""-----------------------but then one needs to realize &amp; introspect the fact that..these points are like medicines..They bring the effect out only if they are used regularly with a large dollop of positivity around.It certainly takes a lot of time for these to show the desired results&amp; in such cases,only Patience is the key.
