In the end, if all else fails, you may want to consider examining your other options, such as inquiring about a promotion or seeking employment elsewhere""-----------------------but then one needs to realize & introspect the fact that..these points are like medicines..They bring the effect out only if they are used regularly with a large dollop of positivity around.It certainly takes a lot of time for these to show the desired results& in such cases,only Patience is the key.
